I’m Amy Eyers — an independent safeguarding consultant with over a decade’s experience in children’s social care. From frontline practice to senior leadership, I’ve worked alongside professionals and families to navigate complex safeguarding challenges and create better outcomes.

I started this consultancy to offer something I believe every organisation needs: space for honest reflection, practical solutions, and a focus on the why behind safeguarding. I know the pressures teams face — high caseloads, complex cases, and the weight of responsibility — and I work with you to find approaches that are both compliant and compassionate.

Whether I’m delivering an audit, leading training, or facilitating a reflective case review, my aim is to strengthen practice, build confidence, and create safeguarding systems that genuinely protect the people they’re designed to serve.

Outside of work, I’m a mum, a book lover, and a believer in making space for joy — even in the busiest seasons of life.
